\nYou get access to Owen API
\nYou use the contract ID to get all the information and IDs regarding your contract
\nYou create the adhesions using the IDs in your contract and personnel information regarding your customer. You can automate the creation each time a client create a card for example
\nThe adhesion is created and active
\nYou can terminate an adhesion when a customer close his account
\nWith only a few steps, you can give access to insurance packages to your customer and bring new value to your product.
\nTo change your packages, you just need to contact us and the change will be done within a day. Our API is built to adapt to your offer.
\nYour customers have two means to fill a claim :
\nThey can use their personnel space created during the adhesion creation.
\nYou can use Owen API to design your own user experience directly in your app.
\nBoth options are complementary, you don’t need to pick only one.
\nTo fill a claim, we need to collect information about the event such as the date, the reason, the event description. Our team will then be in contact with your customer to collect the documents and process the claim. You don’t need to do anything !

This endpoint will give you the IDs of the contracts type. The ID of the contract type will be use in opther endpoints to get details to create adhesion.
\nContract type are configured by our support team. You may want to create several contracts according to your situation.
\nFor example you may want:
- a specific or contract per country
- a specific contract per insurer
- a specific contract per product
When created, all the contracts are linked to you as a partner.
\nWe configure the rate type at the contract level. Rate types are a package of insurances with a fixed price per package that is set by a legal contract. When you create an adhesion, you can choose which rate type is used to give your client the right package of insurance.
\nRate types are configured by our support team with you because they have to respect the terms of the legal contract.
