Owen team will configure in our base the contract and packages to ensure they respect the legal contract\n    \n2. You get access to Owen API\n    \n3. You use the contract ID to get all the information and IDs regarding your contract\n    \n4. You create the adhesions using the IDs in your contract and personnel information regarding your customer. You can automate the creation each time a client create a card for example\n    \n5. The adhesion is created and active\n    \n6. You can terminate an adhesion when a customer close his account\n    \n\nWith only a few steps, you can give access to insurance packages to your customer and bring new value to your product.\n\nTo change your packages, you just need to contact us and the change will be done within a day. Our API is built to adapt to your offer.\n\n# **Claims management**\n\nYour customers have two means to fill a claim :\n\n- They can use their personnel space created during the adhesion creation.\n    \n- You can use Owen API to design your own user experience directly in your app.\n    \n\nBoth options are complementary, you don’t need to pick only one.\n\nTo fill a claim, we need to collect information about the event such as the date, the reason, the event description. Our team will then be in contact with your customer to collect the documents and process the claim. You don’t need to do anything !\n\n# **Communication with your customer**\n\nOwen can handle a part of the communication with your customers.  \nWe can configure if you want us to send email to your customer such as :\n\n- Welcome email\n    \n- Creation of personnel space email\n    \n- Transaction Email\n    \n- End of contract emails\n    \n\nIf you choose to do so, we will give all the information your customer need to know about his insurance package and give him access to his personal space to fill a claim and talk with our team.\n\nOur marketing teams can work together to co-brand or adapt any email we will send to your customers.\n\n# **Using the API**\n\nTo start using this API, you must first obtain an API key.\n\nTo do this, please contact us at
